Silvia was born and raised in Milan however her parents are from the South of Italy, an area where culinary traditions are the most important asset. She has been a banker for 15 years between Milan and Dublin, until she moved to London with her family and finally decided to make her dream come true: devote her life to make people happy by delivering exceptional gourmet experiences, as her grandmother did.

Andrea was born in Dolianova, a tiny town near Cagliari (Sardinia). He moved to Spain at 19 to start his career as chef in an Italian restaurant and this experience made him realise how fulfilling is to make people around the world appreciate the Italian cuisine. In fact, after a few years Andrea left Spain to work in some Italian restaurants in Amsterdam, and finally in London. In this city he has worked for some renowned restaurants like La Trompette (1 Michelin Star).
