A crêpe is a type of very thin pancake, made from wheat flour. The word is of French origin, deriving from the Latin crispa, meaning "curled". They are very popular in Italy as a substitute for lasagna. Our crepes are hand made, filled with fresh ingredients and cooked au gratin.
