It takes us a couple of hours to make our delicious Tiramisù. And that’s because we don’t use anything prepacked, like Savoiardi or Pavesini sponge biscuits. We make our own soft and delicious sponge cake that we use as a base for our Tiramisù. The sponge cake is quickly soaked in freshly brewed coffee, topped with a beautiful Italian mascarpone cream and finally sprinkled with organic cocoa powder. Tray is 30x24 cm, makes 9/12 individual portions.
